1. Legal Information and acceptance.
The present dispositions regulate the service web use of Internet (in ahead, the "Web") that Monteagudo Avogados makes available of the users of Internet.
Monteagudo Avogados is a professional civil society formed by Maria and Xoaquin Monteagudo Romero with 33.284.965 NIF D and 33.216.418 W and address in Curro da Praza number 2, 15250-Muros (A Coruña).
The access to the page Web is free except in the relative thing to the cost of the connection through the network of telecommunications provided by the supplier of access contracted by our clients and its access is restricted.
The use of the Web attributes the condition of user (in ahead, the "User") and implies the acceptance of all the conditions including in this Legal Warning. The benefit of the service of the Web lasts limited the moment at which the User is connected to the Web or some of the services that through the same one are facilitated.
Therefore, the User must kindly read the present Legal Warning in each one of the occasions in which he sets out to use the Web, since this one and their gathered conditions of use in the present Legal Warning can undergo modifications.
Some accessible services of the Web for the exclusive users of Internet or for the clients, can be put under particular conditions, regulations and instructions that, in their case, replace, they complete and/or they modify Legal Warning the present and that will have to be accepted by the User before beginning the presentation of the corresponding service.
2. Intellectual and industrial property.
All the contents of the Web, understanding by these for a reason or purpose merely declarative the audio-visual or sonorous texts, photos, graphs, images icons, technology, software, links and other contents, as well as their graphical design and source codes (in ahead, the "Contents"), are intellectual property of Monteagudo Avogados or third, without they can be understood yielded to the User no of the rights of operation recognized by the effective norm in the matter of intellectual property on such, except for which are strictly necessary for the use of the Vestibule.
The commercial marks, names or signs are property of Monteagudo Avogados or third, without it can be understood that the access to the Web attributes no right on the mentioned commercial marks, names, and/or distinguishing signs.
3. Conditions of use.
3.1 General.
The User commits itself to the present make a correct use of the Vestibule in accordance with the Law and Legal Warning.
It is prohibited the use of the Web with harmful aims of goods or interests of Monteagudo Avogados specifically or of third or that of any other form overloads, damages or makes unusable the computer science networks, servants and other equipment (hardware) or products and computer science applications (software) of Monteagudo Avogados or of third .
3.2 Contained.
The User commits himself to the present use the Contents in accordance with the Law and Legal warning, as well as with the other conditions, regulations and instructions that in their case could be of application in accordance with the arranged thing in clause 1.
With merely declarative character, the User in agreement with the effective legislation will have to abstain from: To reproduce, to copy to distribute, to make available, to communicate publicly, to transform or to modify the Contents safe in the authorized chaos in the law or specifically allowed by who shows the property of the rights of operation in his case.
To reproduce or to copy pair private use the Contents that can be considered like Software of conformity on the effective legislation in the matter of intellectual property, as well as its public communication or make available of third when these acts necessarily imply the reproduction on the part of the User or of third.
3.3 Introduction from connections to the Web.
The user of Internet that wants to introduce connections from his own pages Web to the Vestibule will have to fulfill the conditions that are detailed next without the ignorance of the same ones avoids the responsibilities derived from the Law: The connection will tie solely with the Home Page or main page of the Web but will not be able to reproduce it of any form (inline links, copy of texts, graphs, etc).
It will be in any case prohibited, in agreement with the applicable and effective legislation at every moment, to establish frames or marks of any type that surrounds to the Web or allows the visualization of Contents through Internet addresses different from those from the Vestibule and, in any case, when they visualize jointly with contents other people's to the Vestibule so that: (I)produce, or can produce, error, confusion or deceit in users on true origin of the service or Contents; (ii) supposes an act of comparison or disloyal imitation; (iii) serves to take advantage of the reputation the mark and prestige as Monteagudo Avogados; or (IV) from any other form it is prohibited by the effective legislation.
They will not be made from the page that introduces the connection no type of false, inexact or incorrect manifestation on Monteagudo Avogados, its partners, employees, clients or on the quality of the services that renders. In no case it will be expressed in the page where the connection is located no type of false manifestation, inexact or incorrect on Monteagudo Avogados, its partners, employees, clients or on the quality of the services that renders.

4. Exclusion of responsibility
4.1 Of the quality of the service.
The access to the Vestibule does not imply the obligation on the part of Monteagudo Avogados to control the absence of virus, worms or any other harmful computer science element. It corresponds to the User, in any case, the availability of tools adapted for the halting and disinfection of harmful computer science programs.
Monteagudo Avogados does not take responsibility of the damages produced in the computer science teams of the Users or of third during the benefit of the service of the Web.
4.2 Of the availability of the service.
The access to the Web requires of services and provisions of third, including the transport to traverse of networks of telecommunications whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation do not correspond to Monteagudo Avogados. Therefore, the services through the Web can be suspended, be cancelled or to be inaccessible, with previous or simultaneous character to the benefit of the service of the Vestibule.
Monteagudo Avogados does not take responsibility of the damages or produced damages of any type in the User that bring cause of failures or disconnections in the networks of telecommunications that produce the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of the Vestibule during the benefit of the same one or with previous character.
4.3 Of the contents and services connected through the Web.
The service from access to the Vestibule includes technical devices of connection, directories and instruments even search that allow the User to accede or after pages and vestibules of Internet (in, "Sites ahead Connected"). In no case, the existence of Connected Sites must estimate the existence in agreements with the people in charge or holders of such, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of Monteagudo Avogados with the manifestations, contents or services.
5. Protection of personal details.
The personal details through the Web will be incorporated to an automated file of character data person. This organization will exclusively deal the data about confidential form and with the purpose of managing the relation with its clients and of promoting the activities of the Office. Also, Monteagudo Avogados will cancel, it will erase and/or block the data when they are inexact.
6. Legislation.
The present Legal Warning governs in all and each one of its ends by the Spanish law.
